He has completed various diplomas, courses, and master's degrees abroad and is a member of the Mexican Bar Association and the Chamber of Commerce.
Criminal Sciences and Public Sector
Graduated from the Faculty of Law at UNAM, with a specialization from the Federal School of Professional Training of the Federal Judiciary Council, and a Master's in Criminal Sciences from Universidad Anáhuac.
He has experience in the public sector, having been assigned in 2011 to the Fifteenth District Court, and since 2012, in the private sector.
Corporate Law, Compliance, Banking, and Financial
Graduated from the Faculty of Law at Universidad Panamericana, where he obtained his law degree in 1997. He also holds postgraduate studies with a specialization in Financial and Banking Law from the same university from which he graduated.
He is a certified lawyer by the National Banking and Securities Commission and holds an international ACAMS certification in the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.
Tax Law and Administrative Law
Graduated from the Faculty of Law at Universidad Panamericana, where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree on July 4, 1997.

In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter referred to as the "Law") and its Regulations, we ask you to carefully read the Terms and Conditions contained in this Privacy Notice (the "Notice"), as this Notice contains the terms and conditions applicable to the Personal Data collected by CASTRO, CARREÓN, FONSECA & LOEZA SERRET Abogados, in case you give your consent. Secondary purposes. a) To identify, locate, communicate with, contact you, send you information, and use it for statistical and scientific purposes (metrics analysis); b) To develop, either by itself or through its affiliates or any third party, studies on the interests, behaviors, and demographics of the Data Subjects, to better understand their needs and interests, and offer better news services; c) To improve our commercial initiatives and strategies; d) To analyze the Internet pages visited, the searches conducted by the Data Subjects, as well as to improve our content and articles offer, including its customization, presentation, programming, and services; e) To send information via email regarding relevant news or events.
CASTRO, CARREÓN, FONSECA & LOEZA SERRET Abogados will not transfer your Personal Data without your consent, although it may use them for purposes dependent on third parties, such as statistics and the sending of newsletters, without transferring such Data. If you do not consent to your personal data being transferred under the terms stated in this privacy notice, you may request it in your support account.
The duration of the handling of Personal Data will be indefinite from the date you provided them to the Responsible Party, and of course, you may object at any time you deem appropriate, for the purposes of blocking and canceling them. Once you provide the Responsible Party with your Personal Data by any means, we inform you that they will be stored in a CRM system of the site itself, whose access will be limited only to the Responsible Party. In the document, you should: i) State your name or business name and provide a physical address for the delivery of the response, communications, documentation, and responses; ii) Inform us of the Personal Data you wish to access, or wish to be rectified, canceled, reviewed, as well as to object to the treatment or revoke your consent; iii) State if you know or remember the purpose for which you provided them and the name of the Responsible Party to whom you delivered them; and iv) Clearly, respectfully, and concisely establish your request, as well as any other information or document that facilitates locating your Personal Data.
The Responsible Party will have a period of twenty days, counted from receipt of the request, to resolve it or request additional information. If your request is granted because you proved your identity and your Personal Data could be found in our database, it will be executed within no more than fifteen days. The Responsible Party will keep you informed of the process at all times upon your request. The response and access to your Data, as well as supporting documents, may be delivered, upon verification of identity and/or authority, through certified copies by the company and its legal representative, electronic documents, or simple copies. Whenever the request is made electronically, preference will be given to those means for sending responses and resolutions.
In the event that the Responsible Party needs to use your Personal Data for purposes other than those stated in this Privacy Notice, they will contact you either in writing, by phone, electronically, or by any optical, sound, visual, or other means that technology now or in the future allows, and will explain the new uses intended for such information to obtain your consent.
